Terms of Use

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Use (hereinafter, the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the OrdaAgro platform (hereinafter, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by the limited liability partnership "OrdaAgro" (hereinafter, the "Company").

By registering on or using the Platform, you agree to all the conditions set out in these Terms.

The Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Conditions of use

The following conditions must be met in order to use the Platform:

• The user must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal representative
• Accurate and complete information must be provided during registration
• Only one account is permitted per person
• Sharing account credentials (login, password) with third parties is prohibited

The Company reserves the right to block accounts that violate the Terms without prior notice.

3. User obligations

A Platform user undertakes to:

• Use the Platform solely for lawful purposes
• Be responsible for the accuracy of information posted on the marketplace
• Respect the rights and interests of other users
• Not attempt to compromise the security of the Platform
• Not collect data without authorization using automated systems (bots, scrapers)
• Not use data obtained through the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization

Posting false or misleading information on the marketplace is prohibited. Violations may result in suspension of the account.

4. Intellectual property

The Platform's design, software code, databases, logos, texts, AI models, and other materials are the intellectual property of the Company.

Users are prohibited from:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing the Platform's materials
• Reverse-engineering the Platform's source code
• Using the OrdaAgro brand without the Company's written permission
• Reproducing or training the AI models

5. Limitation of liability

The Company strives to provide the most reliable service possible but is not liable for the following:

• Technical failures, server outages, or data loss
• The accuracy of AI recommendations and forecasts — please note that recommendations are provided for advisory purposes only
• The accuracy of satellite data — the data is sourced from the ESA Copernicus system
• Disputes between sellers and buyers on the marketplace
• Account security breaches resulting from the user's negligence

In any event, the Company's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the last 12 months.

6. Changes to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes in advance:

• Via a notification on the Platform
• By email
• By publishing the updated text on this page

Changes take effect within 30 days of publication. By continuing to use the Platform, you agree to the updated Terms.
